Reactive Grip™ Demos at GDC 2014

We’re gearing up for the upcoming 2014 Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco, CA.

Folks from the University of Utah EAE game development program have been nice enough to let us share their booth at GDC.
We’ll be giving demos of our Reactive Grip haptic motion controllers in the corner of the University of Utah booth (#335) in the back, left side of the south expo hall, right across from the huge IGF Pavilion.

Drop by if you haven’t tried Reactive Grip and we’ll make a believer out of you.

    I think this is my most hyped controller to date. Looking forward to this controller more than Stem, priovr, steam controller, move with ps4, etc…

    I haven’t check what your plans are but you should get the patent of this and sell to the others, like havoc physic thing.

      Hi Lathspell,

      We have patented the technology and are currently looking to partner with others. We’re also looking to raise funds to accelerate the process.

    Have you guys lost all hope in the haptics? I just wondered since there have not been many updates recently. I really hope you continue working on this and get it out on the market for gamers such as my self as soon as possible.

      Hi oggebogge12,

      Sorry for the slow response, we must have missed your post during a busy time for us.

      In answer to your question, “Have we given up?”
      Quite the contrary, we’ve been working on further improving the technology through government innovation grants from by NASA and NSF and were accepted to and have been working out of the Stanford-affiliated StartX startup accelerator since November, 2014. Most recently we’ve also gotten wireless communication working on our haptic controllers. So, things are going forward, and the future looks bright… =)
